I am glad this is going. I just hope Joshua will jump in. We are looking forward to seeing you and Kim in Seattle in Feb. It will be great to spend some more time together. All is well here. I am thinking of getting a Prius for the all over envirnoment. It is hard to trade in the other car. I am using the internet to get quotes we will see and I will let you know.
